I woke up to a STELLAR review on Reap & Repent this morning. It was review number 92 and made me realize just how close that was to 100 reviews!
At this point in Reap & Repent’s unconventional publication history (a year published with Harlequin and a year plus indie published), I’m still just as excited to see a new review. I’m just glad folks are reading it…and then going on to read the other two books in my series.
Reap & Repent is FREE …forever. It’s my gateway drug.
As best as I can calculate, Reap & Repent has had around 10,000 downloads. That seems like a lot, but when you think of the WHOLE FREAKIN’ WORLD OF READERS, that’s really not that may. Of that 10,000, 92 readers have left reviews. Don’t make me do math, people. Leave reviews.
It’s sitting at 4.5 of 5 STARS and that pleases me. I remember when those first few reviews started coming in. It was TERRIFYING. I mean, sure, you can talk ten of your friends into writing something nice for your efforts, but you can’t talk 92 people into doing it. Trust me, I’ve been trying to bend people to my will for fifteen years at my day job. Can’t be done!
Reviews keep us fragile writers going. So, if you’ve read Reap & Repent but haven’t left a review…go, go now, and leave one. When I HIT or surpass 100 REVIEWS on Reap & Repent, I’m going to draw from all of the fabulous folks who have left a review on it and give away a $20 Amazon Gift Card to one lucky winner.

It could still be you.
Also, if you downloaded Reap & Repent for FREE, did you know you can add the AUDIO VERSION for only $2.99? It’s true! It’s a great deal.
Feel free to tweet about it or share on FACEBOOK.
Finally, here is that fantastic review I received this morning. This chick gets it. She really, really does. No spoilers, just a whole lotta awesome review:
If I had her address, I’d send her macaroons.
